Heartcatch Pretty Cure! Um well it starts off pretty episodic, though. But it's getting awesome~ Basically there's this "Heart Tree" and all people have "Heart Flowers" that power the Tree. There's this group of people called the Desert Messengers, who seek to cause all Heart Flowers to wilt, causing the Heart Tree to die. It's episodic because they use wilted Heart Flowers to create the monsters-of-the-week. But then some eps have Dark Precure come along and oh man things change.
Still, the good guys always win and all, but the eps still make things seem bad at times and such.
Oh, and it's not all magic sparkly attacks~! and shit. The Precure/monsters go hand to hand alot :D
