pandora battery solves all of those woes.

That's how i downgraded my friend's.

there are guides that tell u step by step how to turn ur psp battery into a pandora battery so u can downgrade it,a nd then convert it back to a normal battery. That's how ur going to have to rock this I guess. u never update ur PSP unless ur loading in a custom firmware. cmon lady ur better than that :P

...kay, a quick look proves that i need lots of extra crap to make a pandora battery.

If i had money I'd just buy one :/

eh, you don't need that much extra stuff. Just from what I remember a smaller memory pro duo stick...that's really it.

I did it so long ago, but i remember it didnt require much of anything.

I didn't have to open my battery, but I also own two PSP-1000s (phats). So I don't know how it would work for 2000 series and later

hm...i need to find the one that I used. This is going back nearly 2 years.

They want u to have two because most guides want u to do a hardware alteration to the battery that's irreversible, where as the method i used just flashed the battery and u can reverse it when you are done.

I believe this was it.

I know I have the data still sitting on my computer somewhere.

If all else fails, I could always dig up my homemade pandora battery and let u borrow it.

"You run a program on a homebrew-enabled PSP that will convert a standard PSP battery into a jigkick battery. Note that you can't then use that battery normally - so you should use a spare one."

... :/

if you could find yours that would be awesome, i'd be so thankful ;o;
