choroneko...I calmed down after sleeping.
Tried other stuff suggested on Sony's site.
Won't work.
Called support, they told me to try the same things, I told them I have and it still doesn't work
so yes. It's dead. Send it to Sony for repairs or just buy a new one.
argh.
