birthday wonderings

yeah it's the 11th now, hi b-day, I am now... 24. sigh.

still a lame girl with noooo life

ANYWAY guys i want opinions
tonight dad told me straight:

30 bucks for b-day.
that can go for a dinner at a restaurant, or... whatever.

took a look around online, there's nothing really i can get with only 30.
I am expecting something from Mom, thought she hasn't told me she's sending anything... she normally does, is all.

i am stuck between ~nice dinner at logan's with dad~ which equals MMM GRILLED SALMON W/FRIES THEN HUGE BROWNIE W/ICE CREAM

...or I can hit gamestop. the buy 2 used / get 1 free deal is really buuuuggging meeeeee.
games obviously last much longer than a single meal.

but... I JUST DON'T KNOW, GUYS

I'd personally go for the games XD;;; you can cook that kind of goodness yourself for much cheaper \o/

Seconding the first suggestion (especially since I'm starting to enjoy cooking and have realized that making baked or grilled salmon myself is far more advantageous, given that I can add whatever spices and fillings I want, not to mention have the whole thing at reduced cost when compared to eating out XD).

It's your choice, though. What tempts you more between the two right now?

I know this is late but happy belated birthday!! Been too long since I last checked up on you, I know. ^^; You still have a lot of life ahead of you. 24 is still young, and old to me is late 30's to 40's. By next month sometime, I'll be a year older. 26 --> 27

A good deal like that at Gamestop is damn hard to ignore all right. I'd pick that choice.
