how do i get the warehouse stuff to start, none of those npcs will ask me to clean them :/

You have to have Carol as your overworld character and talk to the Warehouse person in Deidon Hold. After clearing the Deidon Hold Warehouse, visit the one in Capua Torim, then in Myorzo, then Nordopolica, then lastly, Aurnion.

You take the orders of the people sitting at the tables, then you go to the counter, and talk to the people there. That will allow you to submit your food orders in exchange for food. Make sure to go for Raven first, as his is the hardest and most annoying and save Estelle's for last, as her's is the easiest. Believe me, you will want low stress after completing everyone elses. It's an annoying game.
