anyway i checked out one ps1 game, threads of fate
its like a freaking platformer/rpg!!!! :D
the town you move around pretty normal rpg-like
but outside towns its like a platformer stage
but you have hp and mp

has two characters/stories to pick
i'm playing the girl first and she's funny
lazy, selfish princess who suddenly loses her right to be the heir
so she's all >:| and wants to get revenge on her sister so she's looking for an old magic relic so she can beat her
...and after that she wants to take over the wooooooooooooorld!!!! >:3

Ohmagod Threads of Fate. GREAT S-E game a lot of people overlook! No spoils of course, but both stories are totally awesome. XD It didn't take much for me to adore Rue!

Haahaha, well, everything I could possibly say to make him interesting would ruin his story. <_< Buuut shapeshifting is fun, there's sort-of a reason for the clothes, and he's a darn sweetie. If I remember correctly you still see him some in Mint's story, so. See how that goes, I s'pose! Meanwhile, decent soundtrack for its time y/n? |D

Oh god, they do not make the "HEALTHY-CHOICES/FAT-FREE/SUGAR FREE" product labels clear enough... we keep accidentally buying them and then REGRETTING it. >< Some of that stuff tastes AWFUL!

Rue looks weird, but he really grows on you. He's one of my favorite characters <3

Rue's is really fun since he can turn into animals. When you get to Rue's, I'd suggest keeping the gargoyle morph you get from the first mini dungeon so when you go to the second dungeon so you can hover over the lava instead of having to jump over it.
