so yeah yesterday was another fail at trying to fix my sleep
slept most of the day
and some of the night
so i am up now
and hoping to fight sleepiness off all day
til at least like 8 or 9 pm :/

damn can it be creepy despite... nothing really happening yet

The best thing is to tough it out through the day, I think my schedule is back on track because of it, but it's easier if you have coffee/pop.

dude I know how you feel I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. ): Right when summer hit, I would always sleep at 6am and wake up around 3pm. I've moved the wake up time to around noon, but still.... OTL;; Good luck on correcting your sleep schedule!

I know how that is on keeping a normal sleeping schedule.

I definitely know I'm at fault for whatever irregular sleep patterns I get. Every now and then I stay up sooo late, it's like insane cases of insomnia. xD
